How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Houstonsigned Mold Help should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Houstonsigned Mold Help
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work, and customer service. If a job in your home went wrong, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Know this, though: Houstonsigned Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@houstonsigned.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. Some states license mold assessors or remediators. If yours does, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
